Left Field NYC offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or a note with your RA number inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service for security.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
